Shipping

Processing time: 1–3 business days (warehouse closed Sat/Sun). You’ll receive an email with tracking once it’s live.

Stock routing: If our Sydney warehouse is out of stock, your order may ship from an international warehouse to keep things moving.

Returns & Exchanges

Return window: 30 days from delivery for a full refund if your item passes Quality Control.

  • Items must be new, unused, and pass QC.
  • All original packaging/materials must be included.
  • Return postage isn’t covered unless agreed beforehand.

To exchange an eligible item, email our team. Exchanges are discretionary and may be declined based on the circumstances.

How long until my order ships?

Can I return used items?
