Shipping:
Please allow a processing time of 1-3 days for shipping, noting the warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday. You will receive an email confirmation once tracking has been added to your order. 

In the event that our Sydney warehouse runs out of stock, Gatorz will ship your product from one of their international warehouses. 

Returns/Exchanges:
Sunglasses can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date if it meets Gatorz Quality Control standard. Please click here to submit a return request.

Please note the following conditions:

  1. All items will undergo quality checks and must be returned in new, unused condition.
  2. All product packaging materials must be returned with your item(s).
  3. We do not cover the postage expense on return items unless agreed upon prior. 

If you wish to exchange a product that meets the above conditions, please contact our customer service team at orders@gatorzaustralia.com.au. Please note that the exchange process is discretionary and Gatorz Australia may decline the option pending circumstances. 

Stolen Items:
In the event that your eyewear has been stole or lost in transit, please complete the online claim form for review by our staff. Please note that claims may be declined at the discretion of Gatorz Australia.
