Warranty
At Gatorz Eyewear, we take the quality of our products seriously and our customer service even more so.
The Gatorz Warranty covers:
- Frames: Gatorz will repair or replace any frame returned by the original purchaser determined to be defective in materials or workmanship for the lifetime of the frame. Our warranty program does not cover scratches, accidental damage or routine wear and tear.
- Lenses: Gatorz covers lens manufacturing defects outside of scratches due to normal wear and tear within 12 months of purchase. If your lenses are scratched, please kindly email us at orders@gatorzaustralia.com.au.
- Gatorz Nose Piece: Gatorz will replace defective nose pieces. You can also purchase a nose piece replacement unit from our website.

Lens Trade-In Program
If your lenses are damaged and are not eligible for a warranty replacement, we offer a lens trade-in program for Australian customers. The trade-in program allows you to exchange your current Gatorz with damaged lenses for a new pair at 30% off. To be eligible for this program you will be required to return your current eyewear for assessment before receiving the discount code.
