All Gatorz eyewear is proudly manufactured in the USA with precision and attention to detail. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a lifetime warranty on all aluminium frames. Your eyewear should perform as hard as you do, and we make sure of it.

Frame warranty

Gatorz aluminium frames come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. If a defect occurs, we will repair or replace the frame at our discretion, after assessment.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper care, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthourised repairs or modifications. Cosmetic wear such as scratches, coating loss, or lens damage from impact is not covered under this warranty.

Lens warranty

Gatorz lenses are built for exceptional clarity and durability, but they are not indestructible. We offer warranty on manufacturing or material defects for 12 months from the tome of purchase. Lens damage caused by impact, improper cleaning, chemical exposure, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.

Replacement lenses on certain models can be purchased separately. For ballistic-certified eyewear, please refer to MIL-PRF-32432A standards for approved impact testing performance.

Lens trade-in program (AU)

If your lenses are damaged and are not eligible for a warranty replacement, we offer a lens trade-in program for Australian customers. This program allows you to exchange your current Gatorz eyewear with damaged lenses for a new pair at 30% off.

To be eligible, you will be required to return your current eyewear for assessment before receiving the discount code. For further information, or to take advantage of this program, please email us at orders@gatorzaustralia.com.au.

Finish warranty

All frames are made with a Cerakote finish for increased durability. Surface wear and colour changes may occur over time due to environmental exposure and normal handling. This is not considered a manufacturing defect and is therefore not covered under the warranty.

Claim process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Gatorz Eyewear Australia & New Zealand with your proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your claim and provide instructions for repair or replacement.

• Frames must be purchased from an authorised Gatorz retailer or directly from Gatorz Australia & New Zealand to qualify.
• Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
• Shipping charges may apply for replacements or repairs.

Military and law enforcement eyewear

Gatorz eyewear is trusted by military and law enforcement professionals worldwide. For MILSPEC and ballistic-rated eyewear, warranty coverage applies under the same terms, provided the eyewear has not been altered or modified outside Gatorz specifications.
